Sodalite Healing Properties

Sodalite is a crystal that brings order and calmness to the mind. It promotes emotional balance, eases insomnia and anxiety and calms panic attacks. Sodalite improves one's self-esteem and acceptance of themselves. Insecurities are often eliminated when one works with sodalite on a consistent basis as it will restore one's confidence in their unique talents and abilities. Sodalite enhances creativity and imagination. It can also be placed in a group setting such as office to promote harmony, cooperation, and team work.

How to Cleanse Crystals
-Place your crystal on the soil or branches of a houseplant for 24 hours.
-Place your crystal outside under the full moon for at least 4 hours.
-Steadily hold your crystal in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick.
-Lay your crystal on a piece of Selenite or Black Tourmaline for at least 6 hours.
