Gift wrapping and packaging

All my items are either bubble wrapped or placed within a beautiful cushioned Gift Box.

Jewelry Care

Please treat your crystal jewelry with care. Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet. Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box that was provided. With time and wear moisture and oils can build up on your jewelry. You can wipe off this tarnish with a jewelry cloth or jewelry cleanser specific to your metal (gold fill, sterling silver, etc.)

Processing Time

We process all order within 1 - 2 days of order placement.

Change of Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information upon placing an order. Once order has been placed we do not allow address changes. Kindly alert USPS of this change so they may forward the package accordingly.

If the item was deemed undelivered and returned to us due to inaccurate address provided by the buyer, we can reship for an additional $10 reshipping/handling fee.

If the item was deemed undelivered and returned to us due to inaccurate address provided by the buyer, we will accept cancellation with a partial refund, discounting the cost of shipping and handling fees from the refund amount.

All other undelivered and returned items caused by factors outside of the buyer's control are subject for investigation.

Item Not As Described

All our items are natural-mined crystals. As such, no two crystals are identical. Many crystals are not remotely the same either. By purchasing our crystals, the buyer accepts a degree of compromise on the item and understands that the item will not be the same as the listing photos, unless otherwise stated under the product description. All our stock photos are our own and were pre-selected for advertising purposes only.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund for items deemed not as advertised. Kindly reach out to us so we can work together towards an alternative and reasonable action.
